With so many proposed cuts for the Arts in our communities, this opportunity could not have come at a better time.
Maxwell House Drops of Good and Rebuilding Together of Philadelphia, have a chance to join forces and receive money for an organization called The Community Education Center, right here in my home town.
CEC brings the community and the Arts together by providing music, dance and theater, of different cultures, all in one place.
It has served as a hub for grassroots entertainment training since 1970. They also provide traveling performances for schools, churches and non-profit organizations.

I have been reading this article but I couldn’t find of what does the CEC stands for.. Tell me please…
