4 Reasons Why You Should Attend a Business Conference

“The capacity to learn is a gift, the ability to learn is a skill, the willingness to learn is a choice”

by Brian Herbert

As an Entrepreneur, I use to feel I had to do everything by myself, but those days are over.  I went to Houston Texas for a business conference, with the expectation of learning new skills for my business, but boy did they over deliver.

Here are my 4 Reasons Why You Should Attend Your Business Conference:

1. You get a chance to learn from the best

It is such a privilege to be a part of the Team NEOS Family, which stands for “No excuses only solutions”. No one is perfect, we all make mistakes, but people share these experiences, so you can avoid those mistakes.  You are equipped to make better business decisions because people are so willing to share.  There were millionaires who talked to you during breakfast, outside on breaks, even happy hour.  Golden nuggets.

2. You make connections and build relationships

This is truly the best time to chat with other business people.  You can build relationships that can last a lifetime, extended family or future business partners.

3. You learn about the industry you are involved in

Whatever business, you never want to be caught by surprise or feel unprepared.  This industry I’m involved in is E-commerce, changes happen all the time.  You can learn how to plan for seasonal purchases, where to get your inventory, how to scale up your business.

4. Inspired to take action

The biggest benefit is the inspiration you get from hearing the stories of other Entrepreneurs.  The struggles as well as the accomplishments will give you new ideas that you implement, as soon as you get back to your room.

When you get back home, it’s on!

I learned, I cried, I laughed.  I made new friends, and re-connected with old friends.  Ready to take my business to the next level.

AmazonSales2016

I wanted to post my results for 2016 sales, showing what can happen while learning to master your craft.  There are fees for doing business with Amazon, my profit was 50% of the product sales, so worth it because they do so much of the work for you.

Looking forward to tweaking my skills for 2017 with my E-commerce training.

This is my tool of choice for pursuing my passion, and its just the beginning.  I will continue this journey and grow through the process.

I Found The Tool to Fuel My Passion

This is it! My first product on Amazon.

I found an E-commerce training system that has given me the tools needed, to turn this idea into an actual product.

As a photographer, my customers were always looking for ways to display their pictures, and share with family and friends.  I remember getting a calendar from the cleaners every year, with these beautiful pictures, so I thought it would make a great gift for people to personalize the calendar with their own pictures. Voila!

This is still a work in progress, but its a start, it sells and it updates each year.  To go a step further, we donated a portion of sales for the Breast Cancer Walk.  It was so rewarding that something so small could make such an impact.

This training system has been a tool to make my dream come true.

I know there are women out there who have hidden talents, skills and ideas that you want to share with the world, but don’t know where to start.  This is why I’m sharing this journey.  If thats you, leave a comment and grab the free ebook.
